Ray Sipherd joined THIRTEEN in 1962 as an Associate Producer in the Arts and Cultural Division. Among the programs Sipherd co-produced and wrote was the weekly New York arts magazine program All Things Considered and THIRTEEN’s first fund-raising special in 1965 (featuring a James Earl Jones and Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons).
